ago, early in their relationship, Amy wrote to Robert, The day I stop loving you is the day you abandon your judgment. |

"I have caught myself thinking at times, most times, of our love in years, in terms of a lifetime. And have accepted that while I may be right, it is a bit premature to assume such things. But I can say that I will never abandon my mind's discernment. As long as you are you, I will never stop loving you. But don't take my work for it. Let me prove it to you." |
